SPK Real Estate Valuation License
Founded in 2005, our company has been authorized to engage in real estate valuation activities by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) through the Board Decision dated 23.05.2007, number 20/578.
The Capital Markets Board first regulated real estate valuation activities in 2001, establishing the fundamentals for real estate valuation in the capital markets. This regulation defined the required capital, ownership structure, qualifications, and competencies of the experts involved, as well as other conditions for authorization applications. It also set the ethical standards and requirements for continuing the profession and activities in this field.
Our company offers services across all 81 provinces of Turkey, with a team of 250 SPK-licensed professionals.
In addition to real estate valuation, Denge Değerleme has specialized in the valuation of assets such as machinery, facilities, equipment, furniture, and vehicles since its establishment. With a team of 10 SPK-licensed mechanical engineers, Denge Değerleme was included in the list of “Organizations Authorized to Value Assets Other Than Real Estate” by the Capital Markets Board with the decision dated 06/10/2022, number 58/1477. As a result, we are now authorized by SPK to value machinery and equipment.
BDDK License
In addition to the Capital Markets Board (SPK), our company has been included in the list of authorized institutions to provide valuation services to banks by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) through the decision dated 03.03.2010, number 3577. This authorization allows us to offer valuation services to all banks and financial institutions.
RICS Accreditation
Our company holds accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), based in the UK and established in 1868. This accreditation is recognized globally. A limited number of companies in Turkey have this accreditation, and with our team of RICS-member experts, we prepare valuation reports that are accepted worldwide.

Bureau Veritas provides various verification, auditing, and certification services to clients in industrial, commercial, and public sectors, ensuring that products and processes comply with international standards.
Since 28.12.2015, Denge Değerleme has been receiving services from Bureau Veritas under the scope of ISO 9001:2015 Certification. Our certifications are accredited by UKAS and TÜRKAK.
